— My Story
I'm Roger, a 12-year-old-young adult actor and entrepreneur. I've always had a passion for fitness since I was a toddler. However, this past year, I've started taking things significantly serious. I do 300 push-ups every day, 1oo crunches every day, running every day, and martial arts 3 times per week. I have wanted to inspire the youth with my story and help them become the best version of themselves. I know that this business will do exactly that. So, I am looking forward to meeting you, and guiding you to the best shape of your life.

I have a unique training method that separates me from all the other fitness coaches, which I call the Youth Hybrid Method. This involves incorporating weight with calisthenics to achieve any high-level skills like the picture on the right incredibly faster.
Not only will this make you a master at calisthenics, but it will build functional strength that is a necessity for real world scenarios and is great for overall physical and mental health.

Calisthenics is more than just push-ups and sit-ups; it is a whole realm of fitness. You can start out with the basics like push-ups and sit-ups, but once you start to learn more about it, you can go places you didn't even think you could go. You can start to do various different exercises such as an L-sit, a human flag, and even a 90 degree handstand push-up (that s#!t is a mouthful.)
